Haley's undergraduate and graduate studies from Carleton University led her to her role with Canada’s largest net-zero carbon community, by the coveted developer, DREAM CA at their platinum LEED certified project, Zibi, in Ottawa and Hull. She supported the infrastructure and green space design team and ensured all plans remained within LEED’s Platinum certification status. This project ignited her passion for real estate which led her to real estate advising roles with developers and investment clients alike.
Haley has been personally buying, selling and investing in real estate for over 10 years and knows the complexities and stressors that come with these large investments. She is dedicated to providing the highest quality of service and professionalism to her clients as she believes you can never make a second first impression. Haley’s creative problem solving skills and drive to succeed allow her to overcome and solve any issue that may come her or her clients’ way. Haley attributes many of her business and people skills to the hundreds of hours of yoga training that she has participated in, noting that mindfulness and empathy are the secrets to success and happiness in life.
Haley is Ottawa’s #1 fan and if there’s a neighbourhood you’re interested in, you can bet she knows (or will know) everything about it. Haley has personally lived, bought, sold and invested in many areas in Ottawa and surrounding towns. Her favourite place to escape to is the Mississippi Lake in Carleton Place where she grew up.
Haley loves to spend time outdoors with her dogs, friends and family. She is an avid foodie in Ottawa and will go anywhere that there is natural wine on the menu. You can also find her practising and/or teaching yoga everyday. And if you see her on her daily walk through The Glebe, please say hi, Haley is known to make new friends at almost every corner. If she’s got her airpods in, she’s either on a work call, listening to a business podcast, or catching up with a friend.
